Question - Is there any specific template for a PVP application ?

Are you guys using a specific template for PVP recruitment? All I can find at present is the PVE format.

There's no template because pvp is something quite specific for every player and we are not really "elitist" about that kind of stuff.

If you have any pvp experience, it's certainly good to know, but the only thing required right now is a decent pvp gear, ability to speak on vent and follow orders and some knowledge of playing your class. Also, tell us something about yourself .

Great, here's my application then:

Country: the Netherlands
PVP experience: 6 years on varies characters

I've been playing WOW since the European release in 2005. Back then I only focussed on PVP with guilds called Fourth Dawn and Covenant. As the game progressed, I started participating in end game content (The Fallen Banner, Oneiros, Two Tents). I've cleared pretty much everything from vanilla up until halfway through WOTL, but due to my sometimes busy work schedule, I wasn't able to fit raiding into the picture anymore and so I reverted back to playing PVP only. Rearview is my main character at the moment, however I might switch around a bit to my hunter (84), priest (80) Paladin (72) or Warlock (60), once they reach 85. My aim is to have all the basic roles at my disposal for PVP purposes or for an occasional raid when called upon.

As you might expect from someone my age I am a mature player that always comes prepared. I have no trouble following orders and might be able to add a thing or two considering my experience. Currently I am full blue pvp with some complementary epics (armory link is for some reason not visible in my post).
